This structural analysis and modeling project focuses on a timber-frame second-floor addition featuring large window openings. The design integrates smoothly with the lower level while providing a rigid framework optimized for open spaces and natural light.

Main Part Design OÜ was responsible for:

• Structural BIM modeling of the second-floor extension.
• Comprehensive structural calculations, evaluating load distribution, wind actions, and overall 2nd floor stability.
• Engineering analysis of large window headers and load-bearing wall configurations.
